Booking & Cancellation Policy

Minimum Duration: Please note that all depositions require a minimum booking of 2 hours. If your session is expected to run longer, please select the appropriate duration during checkout.

Cancellation Policy: To respect our scheduling and preparation time, a cancellation fee will be applied to any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Next Steps: Upon successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation. A separate Deposition Intake Form will be emailed to your firm shortly after. Please ensure this form is completed and returned at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to finalize your reservation.

This booking is for scheduling purposes only. No payment is required today. You will be invoiced for the full duration of the service plus any applicable fees (e.g., transcripts, late cancellations.)
